O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly a Writ of Mandamus or such other appropriate writ a). Declaring the Memo No.2551/Endts.II/A1/2024 dated 27.09.2024 issued by the first respondent seeking to constitute “Renovation Committee” in respect of 15 temples including the third respondent temple and consequently inviting applications from the public to be appointed as members of such “Renovation Committee” as arbitrary, patently illegal, mala fide and motivated and issued only to circumvent the provisions of the Telangana Charitable & Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act, 1987 and the interim orders passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.21586 of 2020 besides being violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders …”
