This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused, seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), in connection with Crime No.35 of 2025 on the file of Station House Officer, Abids Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections

336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

2. The case of prosecution is that on 02.02.2025 one Mohd.Layaq Ali lodged a complaint before the Station House Officer, Abids Police Station, wherein it is stated that the petitioners and others have created fictitious documents by forging his signatures with intent to deceive public servant and causing damage to the public property and to his reputation. Basing on the said complaint, a case in Crime No.35 of 2025 was registered.
