O R D E R:

1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the docket order dated 25.03.2025 in I.A.No.149 of 2025 in O.S.No.21 of 2025, on the file of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bhongiri.

2. Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier petitioner filed a suit for injunction simplicitor vide O.S.No.41 of 2025, pending on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir. Thereafter, the said suit was withdrawn seeking liberty to file fresh petition. Accordingly, fresh suit vide O.S.No.21 of 2025 was filed. He further submits that he had benefit of injunction in the earlier suit and for the reason of the Court issuing notices without deciding on the injunction, prejudice is caused to the petitioner. 4. In view of the peculiar facts, the trial Court shall decide interim application on or before 04.04.2025. Till then, the respondents are refrained from alienating the property.
