O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed, under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2200 of

2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Chandra Sekhar, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, appearing for the respondents, submits that in compliance of the order, dated 30.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2200 of 2024, the respondents have issued proceedings vide No.Supdt.(P)/785(1)/2024-PRKL, dated

14.02.2025.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court to challenge the proceedings, dated

14.02.2025.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 14.02.2025, if so aggrieves.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
