O R D E R:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondent, more particularly Respondent No.3 to 6 in not considering the Representation dated 12.03.2025 for providing an electricity connection to the Petitioner agricultural land i.e., Land admeasuring an extent of Ac.06.1900 Guntas comprised in Survey No.1320/a/2, 1320/a/1/1, 1320/e, situated at Cinna Konduru Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri Circle, Yadadri District, Telangana as illegal, arbitrary and also violates the Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently direct Respondent No.3 to 6 to provide an electricity connection to the Petitioner agricultural land i.e., Land admeasuring an extent of Ac 06.1900 Guntas comprised in Survey No.1320/a/2, 1320/a/1/1, 1320/e, situated at Cinna K
