This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2015 with regard to the illegal and unauthorized construction of ground floor + 4 floors including cellar carried out by respondent No.5 and his associates without sanction plan from the GHMC, including non-providing of fire equipments, over the property bearing No.15-1-91/7, Papalal Arcade, near Shanti Fire Works, Feelkahana, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.

2. Ms.Divya Agarwal, learned counsel representing Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri M.Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.
