This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in threatening the petitioner on 04-05-2019 to dispossess from the property admeasuring Ac. 5.00 Gts in Sy. No 36/69, situated at Fatehnagar Village, Navipet Mandal, Nizamabad District even before the lapse of Appeal period, without police aid and any execution proceedings in O.S. No. 92 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and 4th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law, without police aid from competent civil court for recovery of possession pertaining to land admeasuring Ac, 5.00 Gts in Sy. No 36/69, situated at fatehnagar Village, Navipet
