This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the WRIT of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and 5th respondent, pressurizing the petitioner to compromise with 5threspondent and also stopping the construction being carried out on Plot No.1, situated in Karthika Layout, in Survey No. 64 of Madhapur Village, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana owned by the petitioner under the guise of FIR No. 1114/2017 as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to settled principles of law and consequently direct the respondent nos. 3 and 4 not to pressurize the petitioner to compromise with respondent no.5 in respect of civil dispute and also further direct the respondent nos. 3 and 4 not to stop the construction being carried out on Plot No.1, situated in Karthika Layout, in Survey No. 64 of Madhapur Village, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana owned by the petitioner and pass........”
