This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not allowing the petitioner to proceed with the construction of building as per the permission vide Permit NO.3006/13262/W18/2018, dated 13.11.2018 issued by the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere the construction of the building by the petitioner in the aforesaid plot and to pass.......”

2. Heard Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are obstructing the petitioner from proceeding with the construction of a building, despite the fact that the Greater Warangal Municipal Corpora
