With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the then President of 3rd respondent society in passing the suspension order based on the allegations made in the resolution dated 14.02.2022 of the Managing Committee but without framing any charges and without conducting disciplinary enquiry on the said allegations and even after completion of three months without reviewing the suspension order and without paying subsistence allowance is arbitrary, illegal and accordingly set aside the suspensi
