“…to issue an appropriate, writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.3 in granting compensation as per the G.O.Ms.No.9 Law (LA, LA and J- Home Courts B) Department dt. 07-03-2015 and Sec 357-A of Cr.P.C, without assigning any reason is questioned in this writ petition as being arbitrary, illegal, unsustainable and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 to entertain the application dt.20-08-2018 made as per the G.O.Ms.No.9 Law (LA, LA and Horne Courts B) Department, dt.07-03-2015 and Sec 357-A of Cr.P.C, forthwith by awarding maximum) suitable just and adequate compensation with costs and interest thereon and pass......”
