ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not update in online Dharani Portal despite digital Pattadar Pass Book No. T09110030683 vide Khata No.1200, dated 20.04.2018 to an extent of Ac.1.0800 guntas in Sy.No.476/1 situated at Thogarpally Village, Kondapur Mandal, Sanga Reddy District (hereinafter referred to as “the subject land”), as illegal, improper, arbitrary, unjust, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India. Consequently direct Respondent No.3 to restore Digital signature (DS) and update in Dharani Portal to an extent of Ac.1.0800 guntas in Sy.No.476/1 situated at Thogarpally Village, Kondapur Mandal, Sanga Reddy District…”
2. Heard Ms.Ch.Sucha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land and his name was incorporated in all the revenue records. He was also issued pattadar passbook bearing No.T09110030683 vide Khata No1200 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that since the petitioner’s name was disappeared in Dharani Portal he made online Dharani Application No.2400006705, dated 24.02.2024 for passbook data correction. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even after receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission of the online application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements under law, the respondent authorities will consider the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry on the petitioner’s application vide application No.2400006705, dated 24.02.2024 by issuing notice to all the stakeholders and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and if the petitioner satisfied all the requirements under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
