ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.10/RCT-ACB-MDK/2025 before the ACB Medak Range at Sangareddy.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the defacto complainant, who intended to establish a poultry farm, obtained necessary permissions and approached the electricity department for installation of a transformer. It is alleged that Accused No.1, the Divisional Engineer, demanded a bribe of Rs.40,000/-, later reduced to Rs.30,000/-, and instructed his subordinate, Accused No.2, to facilitate part payment of Rs.9,000/- through PhonePe. Based on this complaint, the ACB registered the crime and implicated the petitioner as Accused No.2.
