This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 seeking to set aside the order dated 01.07.2025 passed in PRC No.53 of 2025 in FIR No.496 of 2020 by the Special Judicial Magistrate of First class cum Excise cum V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate cum V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.
