1. Heard Sri T.Srujan Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel for
the petitioners and Smt.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant
Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the
respondents and perused the record.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that
the instant writ petition is filed questioning the action of
the respondents in not issuing new Pattadar Pass Book to
the petitioners in respect of the lands in Sy.No.233/A to an

extent of Ac.12.18 guntas, situated at Kammarapalli
Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District in spite of
representations made by the petitioners on 28.03.2022 and
25.04.2022, as arbitrary and illegal.
3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government
Pleader for Revenue submits that earlier the application
made by the petitioners was rejected on 10.03.2020 in
letter No.B/1516/2016 and without challenging the same
before the appropriate authority again the petitioners made
representation to the respondent No.2. Further, the
petitioners, without making application through Dharani
Portal as per the ROR Act, 2020 made representation to the
respondent No.2 and in view of the same, if the petitioners
makes fresh application through online, as per the
Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,
2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondents will
consider the same as per law and requested to pass
appropriate order.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioners also seeks
liberty to make fresh application through Online Portal as
per the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land)
Act, 2025 and the Rules for issuance of Pattadar Pass
books.
5. In view of the submission made by both sides,
without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is
disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make fresh
application through the ‘ROR Portal’ as per Telangana
Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 and the
Rules made thereunder. After filing such application, the
respondent-authorities are directed to pass appropriate
orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as
possible. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in
this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
