The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the building in premises No.10438/1/C and 10438/1/C/1, Pochamma Basthi, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, in spite of application under BPS vide file No.BPs/03601/CZ/08 is pending consideration, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
