This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not regularizing the land to an extent of Ac.1.18 guntas in Survey No.858, situated in Seshamma Gudem Village, Nalgonda Revenue Mandal, Nalgonda District (for short ‘subject land’), despite the petitioner having filed an application bearing No.TTROS0222003405288, dated 04.11.2020, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of land admeasuring Ac.1.18 guntas in Sy.No.858, situated in Seshammagudem Village of Nalgonda Revenue Mandal of Nalgonda District having purchased the same under Sada Bainama dated 10.07.2009 from one Sura Pichamma, who was issued Pattadar Pass Book bearing No.794 by respondent No.4.
