Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for

respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of

respondents in not issuing new Pattadar Pass Book and

Title Deed and not mutating the revenue record in

petitioner’s favour for land of Ac.2.18 gts out of the

Petitioner’s land of Ac.14.07 gts in Sy.No.89, 90, 91, 92, 95

and 96 situated at Obagunta Village, Shabad Telangana is

illegal, unjust, arbitrary.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has submitted a representation, dated

24.10.2020 to the respondent authorities for correction of

entries. Despite of the same, the respondent-authorities

have not corrected the entries in the revenue records. In

view of the same, requested this Court to allow the writ

petition.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

appearing for the respondents submits that without making

an application in Dharani portal, the petitioner has filed

this Writ Petition seeking mutation of revenue records.

Thereafter, the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in

Lands) Act, 2025 (for brevity, “the Act, 2025), came into

force and ROR portal is working accordingly. If the

petitioner makes a fresh application as per existing rules

i.e. through ROR portal under the Act, 2025 and the Rules

made thereunder, the respondent-authorities will consider

the same and pass appropriate orders as per existing rules

in accordance with law and requested this Court to pass

appropriate orders.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side,

without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is

disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a

fresh application through ‘ROR portal’ for mutation of

revenue records under the Act, 2025 and the Rules made

thereunder. On receipt of such application, the respondent-

authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders thereon

in accordance with law, after issuing notices to all the

interested parties. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in

this writ petition shall stand closed.
