Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not issuing new Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed and not mutating the revenue record in petitioner’s favour for land of Ac.2.18 gts out of the Petitioner’s land of Ac.14.07 gts in Sy.No.89, 90, 91, 92, 95 and 96 situated at Obagunta Village, Shabad Telangana is illegal, unjust, arbitrary.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 24.10.2020 to the respondent authorities for correction of entries. Despite of the same, the respondent-authorities have not corrected the entries in the revenue records. In view of the same, requested this Court to allow the writ petition.
