This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in keeping the property to an extent of Ac.1.00 gts in Sy.No.873/7 situated at Korremula Revenue Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District in the prohibited properties list U/Sec.22-A of Registration Act as highly illegal, arbitrary, capricious as it is against to the Order vide Proceeding No.B/2051/2004, dated 10.3.2006 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division, besides violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the Online Application of the petitioner vide No.2500131075, dated 20.09.2025 an extent of Ac.1.00 gts
