ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the

orders of the respondent No.3 in seeking to hand over the

adoptive child of the petitioners to others by declaring the child

by name G.Parnika Reddy to be ‘legally free for adoption’ in

spite of the directions of this Court in W.A.No.1257 of 2024,

dated 28.11.2024 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct

the respondents not to proceed to give the petitioners adopted

child by name G.Parnika Reddy in adoption to others in the

interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders.

2. Though this matter was heard and the orders have

been reserved on 29.10.2025, subsequent thereto, the

petitioners have approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil

Appeal No.SLP (C) Diary No.59062/2025 and vide orders dated

10.11.2025, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has allowed the same

and disposed of the appeal in terms of the judgment in the case

of Dasari Anil Kumar and Another Vs. The Child Welfare

Project Director and Others, in Civil Appeal No.10544 of 2025,

dated 12.08.2025 and the Hon’ble Supreme Court has directed

that the infants in question shall be handed over to the

appellants therein within a period of One (1) week from the date

of the order i.e., from 10.11.2025.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed as

infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ

petition, shall stand closed.
