ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of the respondents in deleting sports and games category reservation from special category admissions notification dated 22.07.2019, issued for Architecture Admissions-2019 into B.Arc.5-year under graduate course for allotment by competent authority quota seats, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and for consequential relief.”

2. Sri Vishal, learned Counsel representing Sri T.Bala Mohan Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner on record and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education are present.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
