447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner who is the defacto complainant, seeking to transfer the case in S.C. No.8 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Mulugu to Principal District & Sessions Judge, Hanamkonda.
