This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.431 of 2025, on the file of the Police Station, Pocharam IT Corridor, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).

2. Heard Mr. Bhargava Krishna. L, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not committed the offence and he was falsely implicated in the present crime. Even according to the allegations made in the complaint, the ingredients for the offence under Section 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS are not attracted.
