This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the S.H.O., Nellikudur Police Station, Mahabubabad District, to release the petitioner’s vehicle namely Ashok Leyland Goods Carriage bearing Reg.No.TS-26-TA-1121, in view of quashing of the proceedings in F.I.R.No.87 of 2024 by this Court in Crl.P.No.12744 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.

2. Heard Mr.A.Shiva Sainath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the registered owner of the Ashok Leyland Goods Carriage vehicle bearing Reg.No.TS-26-TA-1121. The said vehicle was involved in Crime No.87 of 2024. Petitioner along with other accused has approached this Court and filed Crl.P.No.12
