This Criminal Petition is filed seeking fixation of a time frame for disposal of C.C.No.2038 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-

Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally.

2. Heard Smt.Jyothi Eswar Gogineni, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2.

3. Notice in respect of respondent No.1 is dispensed with solely on the ground that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking disposal of C.C.No.2038 of 2024, and she is not seeking any relief against respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 is arrayed only as a proforma respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint against respondent No.1 and others on 17.03.2021, pursuant to which Crime No.263 of 2021 was registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal C
