ORDER:

Heard Sri S. Nagesh Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Smt S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondent Nos.1

to 3.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent No.3

in not numbering and listing the application of the

petitioner filed under the Telangana Rights in Land and

Pattadar Passbook Act, 2020 for rectifying the revenue

records pertaining to the subject property which was sent

by registered post with acknowledgment due and received

on 06.01.2022 as illegal and arbitrary.

3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government

Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner without

making application through Dharani Portal as per the ROR

Act, 2020 for mutation of the records has submitted

representation through registered post and the same

cannot be considered and if the petitioner makes fresh

application through Online as per the Telangana Bhu

Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 and the Rules

made thereunder, the respondents will consider the same

as per law and requested to pass appropriate order.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, without going

into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed

of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh

application to the respondents through Online as per the

Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,

2025 and the Rules made thereunder and on receipt of

such application, the respondents are directed to consider

the same and pass appropriate orders as per law as

expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to

costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ

petition, shall stand closed.
