This Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 27.09.2024 in A.S.No.31 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District at Kothagudem (for short ‘the First Appellate Court’) allowing the Appeal Suit with costs throughout setting aside impugned judgment and decree dated 31.10.2023 in O.S.No.37 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District (for short ‘the Trial Court’), wherein a suit filed for recovery of money has been dismissed. I.A.No.2 of 2025 in the present appeal is preferred to condone delay of (111) days in filing of the Second Appeal.
