This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to set aside the order dated 13.11.2025 passed by Special Judge for trial of Economic Offences cases, Hyderabad Nampally in Crl.M.P.No.593 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2019 in F.No.INV/DGGI/HZU/GST/165/2018-19.
