This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.3 to 7 to forthwith include the names of the petitioners in all the electoral rolls pertaining to 114-Madhira (SC) Assembly Constituency, including those relating to Municipal and Gram Panchayat elections and thereby permit the petitioners to cast their vote in the upcoming 2^nd ordinary elections to the Gram Panchayats of the State of Telangana.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the names of the petitioners have been included in the electoral roll of the Madhira Assembly Constituency and therefore, no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same may be closed.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
