ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in issuing orders to respondent No.3 to release the petitioner’s vehicle, Ashok Leyland Dost bearing Reg.No.TG31T0193, which was seized in FIR No.317 of 2025, in view of the quashing of the said FIR No.317 of 2025 pursuant to the orders passed in Crl.P.No.14325 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025, in spite of the letter dated 17.11.2025 followed by personal visits therefor, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondents No.1 & 2, submitted that the subject vehicle has been released by the authorities. In view of the same, no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
