This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not acting upon the representations of the petitioner seeking transfer of FIR No. 170 of 2015 from the respondent No. 4 to C.C.S., Hyderabad, as bad and illegal and pass such other order or orders…”

3. Mr. D. Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of all the respondents, submits that Crime No.170 of

2015 of Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad City, was duly investigated by the respondent police, and a final report was filed on 14.06.2019 before the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, classifying the case
