This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents No.2 and 4 in initiating proceedings against the petitioner under the provision of Telangana Gram Panchayat Act, 2018, after permitting the petitioner to construct a poultry shed in Sy.No.106/AA/3, situated at Regunta Village, Mallapur Mandal, Jagityal District, vide Lr.D.Dis.No.2462/ 128/2025/W dated 24.02.2025 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct respondent No.4 not to take any further coercive steps against the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders.
