This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of the respondents not releasing the maintenance grant to the petitioners institution for the years 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 based on representation dated

07-1-1-2014, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education is present.

3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being listed under the caption “For Dismissal”. It appears that petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.
