ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent No.3 and learned standing counsel for Hyderabad Metro Water Works appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not depositing the remaining balance 50% amount of the determined compensation amount, together with interest to the credit of decretal amount in E.P.No.83 of 2010 in O.P.No.62 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violative of the constitutional right to receive determined compensation amount of the petitioners and seeking a consequential direction to respondents to deposit the remaining balance 50% amount of the determined compensation amount, together with interest to the credit of decretal amount in E.P.No.83 of 2010 in O.P.No.62 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda.

Sri Somu Srinivas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Land Acquisition requested (03) months time to deposit the remaining balance 50% amount of the determined compensation amount, together with interest to the credit of decretal amount in E.P.No.83 of 2010 in O.P.No.62 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners acceded for the same and requested to pass appropriate orders.

5. Recording the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to deposit remaining balance 50% amount of the determined compensation amount, together with interest to the credit of decretal amount in E.P.No.83 of 2010 in O.P.No.62 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, within a period of (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.

No order as to costs.
