Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent No.3 and learned standing counsel for Hyderabad Metro Water Works appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not depositing the remaining balance 50% amount of the determined compensation amount, together with interest to the credit of decretal amount in E.P.No.83 of 2010 in O.P.No.62 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of I
