Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer:- “to declare the proceedings of the 4^th respondents in Notice No.835/S/2010 dated 27.11.2016, directing the petitioner to pay 30% on seigniroage fee as District Mineral Foundation Fund of 2% on seigniroage fee of state Mineral Exploration Trust, Telangana Fund w.e.f., 12.01.2015 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and unconstitutional and in violation of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957.”
