This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 15.07.2025 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in M.V.O.P. No.7 of 2024 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge at Sathupally (for short, “the Trial Court”).

2. The claim petitioner filed M.V.O.P.No.7 of 2024 seeking grant of compensation against the respondents on account of the injuries sustained by him in a motor accident that occurred on 01.06.2017. The revision petitioner herein is the claim petitioner and the respondents herein are the respondents in the suit. M.V.O.P.No.7 of 2024 has been dismissed on 09.10.2024 on the ground that the petitioner has not pursued the matter in spite of several adjournments having been granted liberally and thereafter, the claim petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2024 seeking to set aside the dismissal order dated 09.10.2024 in MVOP and for restoration of MVOP, which was dismissed vide docket order dated 15.07.2025.
