This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.32764 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025.

2. Heard Mr. Ventrapragada Aravind, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel for the GHMC, appearing for respondents - contemnors.

3. Learned standing counsel for the GHMC furnished written instructions and submitted that pursuant to the order dated 29.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.32764 of 2025 entire building unauthorizedly constructed by the unofficial respondents in the writ petition has been sealed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even after sealing of the property, the unofficial respondents in the writ petition are continuing with the construction in the subject property. Learned counsel also furnished copy of photograph allegedly showing the finishing works being undertaken in the subject building.

5. However, learned standing counsel for the GHMC, submitted that no such construction activity is going on in the subject property. However, appropriate action will be taken to ensure that sealing made on the subject property shall continue and no further construction activity is undertaken by unofficial respondents.

6. Recording the submissions of the learned standing counsel for the GHMC, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case stand closed.
