This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.293 of 2025, on the file of the XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 316 (2) and 318 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023.
