Heard Sri Naresh Reddy Chinnolla, learned counsel for the petitioners, Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Arjun Madupu, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 to 6. Perused the material on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in not treating the petitioners as the family member of Late Narala Shankaraiah and consequently, in not issuing a family member certificate in their favour, as illegal and arbitrary.
