ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

1. The writ petitioner claims to be a tenant of Flat No.302, Rukmini Enclave, M.J. Colony, Moulali, Hyderabad (secured asset) and seeks protection from this Court to remain in possession of the said secured asset for the next two months.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner underwent several difficult circumstances, due to which the petitioner failed to vacate the premises. Counsel further submits that the petitioner filed a Securitisation Application (S.A.No.512 of 2025) as well as an I.A., before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Hyderabad, and the same are pending, but that the
