This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated

18.03.2024 in C.G.No.283/2023-24/Medchal Circle on the file of the 3^rd respondent and seeks to quash the same.

2. Heard Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL, for the petitioners and Ms.Sai Mahitha, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.29779 and 21044 of 2024, dated 17th July, 2025 and therefore, the same order may be passed in this writ petition as well.
