ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, against the order passed in I.A.No.697 of 2019 in A.S.(CF).No.3835 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Judge, Karimnagar, wherein the petitioners herein who are the appellants/plaintiffs in the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2010 filed a suit seeking recovery of possession. The said suit was dismissed vide order dated 10.08.2018 by the trial court and the plaintiffs therein failed to substantiate their title over the suit schedule property.

Being aggrieved by the said judgment, the petitioners preferred the appeal along with condonation delay petition in A.S.(CF).No.3835 of 2019 before the learned Principal District Judge, Karimnagar.
