ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not providing police Aid on the petitioner’s representation dated 22.11.2025 and also not implementing Police Aid Order granted on 06.02.2018 in I.A.No.57 of 2018 in O.S.No.405 of 2016 on the file of learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam for harvesting the petitioners’ crops in their land admeasuring Ac.10-42 cents and were covered by RS.Nos.116/45 and 116/1/36 (hereinafter referred as “subject property”) situated in Rachannagudem Revenue Village, Mulakalampalli Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondent Nos.3 and
4 to implement the said Police Aid Order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner No.1 is in possession of the subject property and the said property belongs to their ancestors and the petitioner was in possession and cultivating the above subject property without interruption by anyone at any point of time. It is further submitted that when the third parties and their henchmen interfered with the petitioner’s possession in respect of the subject land, the petitioner filed O.S.No.405 of 2016 on the file of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam for grant of permanent injunction restraining third parties and their henchmen not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the suit, the petitioner filed I.A.No.443 of 2016 in O.S.No.405 of 2016 for grant of temporary injunction. The Sub-
Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam (hereinafter referred as “trial court”) granted temporary injunction vide its order dated 20.09.2016 restraining the defendants and their henchmen not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the subject property till further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed application vide I.A.No.57 of 2018 in I.A.No.443 of 2016 in O.S.No.405 of 2016 seeking Police Protection in respect of the subject property. The trial court vide its order dated 06.02.2018 directed the respondents /defendants not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner / plaintiff and also directed the Police to provide police protection in the schedule property till further orders. It is further submitted that the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.4 requesting to provide police protection for harvesting their crops and to comply the orders of the trial court passed on 06.02.2018. It is further submitted that though a representation was made to respondent No.4, no action has been taken and no police protection has been granted to the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that since the trial court has granted police protection and a representation to that effect has been submitted by the petitioners on 22.11.2025, the respondent No.4 would consider the same and grant police aid to the petitioners in respect of the subject property.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 22.11.2025 and take appropriate action in the light of the orders by the trial court in I.A.No.57 of 2018 in I.A.No.443 of 2016 i
