ORDER:

The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a declaration that the action of respondent No.2 in addressing a letter dated 03.05.2025 to respondent No.3, requesting disconnection of electricity service connections to the petitioners’ Shop Nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15 located in the District Co-operative Central Bank Complex, Mahabubnagar, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners further seek a consequential direction not to disconnect the electricity supply to their shops.

2. Heard Sri K. Chaithanya, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Cooperation, for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, for respondent No.3.
