This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the docket order dated 28.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.210 of 2025 in C.C.No.2776 of 2024 (Uppal Police Station) on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Uppal, at L.B. Nagar, Mechal-Malkajgiri District.

The brief facts of the case are that the father of the petitioners namely Desani Prabhakar Reddy is the owner of the vehicle namely Innova Crysta Car bearing registration No.TS 08 FF 1160 and their father expired on 30.04.2024.
