ORDER:

1. The petitioner, who is the respondent in F.C.O.P.No.1102 of 2025 filed by the respondent herein for dissolution of marriage, has assailed a docket order dated 23.09.2025, whereby the Trial Court expressed a prima facie view that the petitioner’s signature is a scanned signature.

2. The respondent was hence directed to appear before the Court on the next date and the document containing the signature was directed to be sent to the FSL to ascertain the genuineness of the petitioner’s signature.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (respondent in the Trial Court) submits that the petitioner is a citizen of Singapore and that the petitioner filed a Memo in the Trial Court seeking permission to appear online.

4. This Court fails to see any reason how the petitioner can be aggrieved by the impugned docket order dated 23.09.2025 when the petitioner has already filed a Memo before the
