This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the impugned order dated 01.08.2024 passed in Crime No.2093 of 2024 by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, Rangareddy District (for short, “the learned Magistrate”), whereby the application filed by respondent No.2 seeking defreezing of the suspected bank account to the extent of Rs.6,22,517/- and for transfer of the said amount to respondent No.2 was allowed, directing release of the freezed amount of Rs.1,30,000/- in favour of the respondent No.2. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred a Criminal Revision, which was returned by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District (for short, “the learned Sessions Judge”), vide return order dated 11.11.2024 in S.R.No.1286 of 2024 in Crime No.209
