This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner/Accused seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.2336 of 2025 of Cyber Crimes Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 308(4), 308(5), 318(2), 319(2), 336(3), 338 and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and under Section 3 (1) (1) of T.S.Gaming Act, Section 66 D of Information Technology Act.
