This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in issuing notice dated 06.08.2014 under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the HMC Act, 1955’), without enumerating the deviations of the building and without considering the reply dated 11.08.2014 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of fundamental rights and for consequential relief.
