This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 20.11.2014 and 12.12.2014 submitted by the petitioner and to take appropriate action for demolition of illegal constructions made by respondent Nos.3 and 4 who have encroached upon the property belonging to the petitioner, and for consequential relief.
